Dr. Amanda Chuong is a compassionate dentist who is dedicated to helping people achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. Born and raised in Brockton, MA, Dr. Chuong has always been passionate about providing comprehensive and long-lasting dental care in a manner that allows patients to feel comfortable and confident in their treatment.

Dr. Chuong’s interest in dentistry began at an early age. Inspired by her uncle, who was an endodontist, Dr. Chuong grew up knowing that she wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. Through volunteering and shadowing experiences at both hospitals and dental offices, she gained a deeper appreciation for dentistry, especially the close-knit nature of the field and the chance to build lasting relationships with patients.

Dr. Chuong has been committed to staying ahead of the latest technology, making patients happy by giving them customized care that will last. She loves building meaningful relationships with patients and takes pride in making every visit a positive experience.

Education and Professional Development

Dr. Chuong earned her bachelor’s degree at University of Massachusetts Amherst before going on to receive her dental doctorate from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She has continued to improve her skills through continuing education courses to stay current with advancements in the field. She has completed continuing education on dental implant placement, fixed and removeable prosthetics, clear aligners and is also certified in Invisalign.

She is also an active member of several respected professional organizations, including:

• Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS)

Outside the Dental Office

Dr. Chuong comes from a large family where both parents are one of ten children! Her family and her upbringing have taught her a lot about the value of hard work and the importance of family connections. She enjoys the time spent together during the holidays and takes every opportunity to connect with her family.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Chuong values traveling and is often exploring different cities and their culture. She also enjoys visiting national parks with her Husband and her daughter. Her hobbies include cooking, baking, knitting/crocheting, craft DIY, and video games. She has been to Disney World three times!

Dr. Chuong is thrilled to join Capron Park Dental and looks forward to meeting new patients and helping them achieve their healthiest, most confident smiles.
